This green coffee comes from the Atitlan region of Guatemala, nestling at an altitude of over 1,470 metres. This privileged location, a stone's throw from the Atitlan volcano, gives this arabica an undeniably powerful aroma, thanks in particular to the benefits of the volcanic soil.

What's more, the farm that produces this variety of Caturra Red coffee is committed to responsible, sustainable production, and takes great care in harvesting and selecting each coffee cherry. The coffee is processed using the washed method.

In the cup, this generally results in a particularly gourmet and spicy coffee, with notes of milk chocolate or hazelnuts, but also the liveliness of Huehuetenango coffee. Each bag of green coffee comes with full details (density, hydrometry, etc.).

Please note: green coffee must be roasted before being introduced into an automatic machine or even a grinder. Otherwise, your equipment will be damaged.
