Coffee traditionally roasted in the Brûlerie de Châtillon (Hauts de Seine, France) by Anne Caron (2017 Best French Coffee Roaster).
The 'Signature Blend' was been awarded the Silver Medal for Best French Coffee Blend in 2013 & the Epicure d'Or prize in 2014.
With this exceptional blend, the Caron family was voted Best Coffee Roaster in 2011 with Sylvain Caron.
This coffee is characterised by the excellence of its coffee beans. It is a blend of 4 Arabica Grand Crus, cultivated on exceptional terroirs and harvested by hand:
- Huehuetenango from Guatemala, giving it strength and character,
- Moka Sidamo from Ethiopia for a roundness and length in the mouth,
- El Capitan from Nicaragua for some acidity
- Brazil from the Cerrado region for good all around balance.

The Brûlerie Caron is a coffee roasting workshop based in Chatillon in the Hauts de Seine (92) department of France.
Sylvain Caron (named Best French Coffee-Roaster in 2011) has been touring coffee plantations all over the world since 1974, in search of the finest coffees that reflect Café Caron's pride and enduring appeal. Cafés Caron coffees have been honoured on numerous occasions: silver medallist at the Best Blend of France championships in 2013, winner of the Epicure d'Or in 2014 and 1st place in the 2014 Best Espresso Mix in France competition.
