A Comforting Oolong Black Tea

Chef Nina Métayer drew her inspiration for this tea from one of her pastry recipes, in collaboration with Comptoir Français du Thé. A base of black and oolong teas is enhanced with pieces of Ardèche chestnuts and roasted buckwheat. You'll enjoy a gourmet cup with the creaminess of the chestnut and the character of the buckwheat. A touch of citrus has been added to give this recipe a fruity flavour.

To prepare your tea, we recommend infusing the tea leaves for 4 to 5 minutes in water at 90°C. If the infusion time or temperature is not respected, it will add bitterness to your drink. The flavours of this delicious recipe will not be enhanced. For this, you can equip a kettle with adjustable temperature.

Ingredients: Roasted buckwheat, black tea, oolong tea, PDO Ardèche chestnut pieces, natural flavourings, smoked black tea.
