Discover Monbana Supreme Hot Chocolate Powder Italian Style - 1kg

Ingredients: 92% hot chocolate powder (sugar, cocoa), modified corn starch, thickener: locust bean gum, flavouring. May contain traces of other cereals containing gluten, soya, eggs, celery, sulphites, milk and nuts.

At home (the simplest recipe):

In warm milk, gradually add the Monbana Supreme chocolate powder (for 1 volume of milk, add 1/4 of a dose of chocolate powder) to obtain a velvety and gourmet mixture.

In a professional environment (tea room):

Heat the milk for at least 15 minutes.

Gradually add 250g of powder to 1L of milk.
