This new version of the ACAIA Pearl scale stabilises faster and with greater precision during coffee extraction, an advantage for slow brewing methods.

The flow indicator displays your pouring speed in real-time and suggests thresholds for ideal flow rates.

With its different modes, it will adapt to your usage:

- Weight Mode: the scale displays only the weight in grams or ounces.

- Dual Display Mode: the scale shows the timer and weight.

- Automatic Start Timer Mode, designed for slow coffee.

- Portafilter Mode to simplify weighing ground coffee in a portafilter.

- Beverage Mode that shows the elapsed time, amount of water added, liquid weight in the container, and coffee-to-beverage ratio at the end of extraction.

A robust and well-designed scale

Each ACAIA scale is handcrafted, inspected, and calibrated before being shipped.

With adjustable brightness, the digital display is easy to read in any indoor lighting conditions. Improved brightness also provides better visibility outdoors.

Rechargeable via USB-C (cable included), the lithium battery in the Acaia Pearl lasts 30 to 40 hours, offering a greener power source alternative. The Bluetooth connection allows you to connect to Acaia apps for Android or iPhone.
