Brewing With Your Bialetti Moka Express
Since the 1950s, Moka coffee, similar to espresso, has become one of the most popular Italian coffees. One cup is about 5 cl, so this 30 cl Bialetti Italian moka pot can make 6 cups.
Preparing your coffee couldn't be easier. Fill the aluminium reservoir to the mark. Place the aluminium filter coffee and fill it with ground coffee (be careful to choose a grind suitable for Italian coffee makers). Screw on the top of the body of the moka pot. Turn on the gas at medium heat and let the coffee brew. Once all the water has risen to the top container, remove the moka pot from the heat.
Now all you have to do is serve! The handle is designed for optimum grip, with no risk of burns.

About the Moka Express
The Moka express is the great classic of the Italian moka pot, and rightly so: it was the first model. Invented following a stroke of genius in 1933 by Alfonso Bialetti. It has become a fixture in every coffee-drinking household.
Its Art Deco style has made it an icon of ‘Made in Italy’. As such, it features in the permanent collections of the Milan Triennale and MoMA in New York.
Over the years, its design, inspired by the physique of Alfonso Bialetti's wife, has been refined to create a model that combines elegance and performance.

Choosing Bialetti Means Supporting WWF
Bialetti is a WWF partner for the ‘Ours marsicain 2x50’ project.
Protecting the environment has always been at the heart of Bialetti's business, which is why its products are designed to be eco-responsible and sustainable. To further this commitment, Bialetti supports the WWF project to save the Apennine brown bear population from extinction. This brown bear, a symbol of Italy's environmental heritage, is protected under national and international regulations. Unfortunately, its survival remains threatened by anthropogenic changes to the ecosystem, and its population has been reduced to 50-60 individuals. WWF and Bialetti are working together to help this population grow, expand and regulate, while ensuring that conflicts and human activities relating to this majestic animal are managed. Communication, research and monitoring are also at the heart of this ambitious challenge to guarantee a future for Europe's rarest bear. You too can play your part in safeguarding this animal by choosing the Moka express models from Bialetti.
